Refund and Returns Policy
At H&C. CompuTech, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to assist.
Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 20 days of receipt, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our Returns Department at theheathshops@gmail.com or call 07935 143 125 between 09:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Our team will provide instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply for non-defective items returned due to customer error or change of mind. Credit will be issued at the current market value or the price paid, whichever is lower, before applying the restocking fee.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- Reporting: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at theheathshops@gmail.com or 07935 143 125. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the defective product.
Exclusions
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are exempt from being returned.
